I'm so sorry for not posting for so long! I've been losing interest in AG and I've been really busy ever since school started. I'll try to be more active again from now on! I've started taking art a lot more seriously and I'm way more active on my Instagram, @mint.plays. If you ever want to talk to me, feel free to DM me there! I'll try to get some info on the 2017 GOTY for a post soon. Also, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! My blog's more than 3 years old now, wow. I'll try my best to get another post up by next week!

Happy New Year! + GOTY 2016

Hey guys!
Happy New Year! This year I am staying up until midnight to see Lea Clark release like I did last year! :)
So here's some pictures I found online of her collection.

The backpack has one strap. It comes with 2 mechanical pencils, a pencil box, a ruler, a folder, a composition notebook, and a notepad.

Snow Day!

It's snowing! Well actually, it's been snowing since Friday evening and it snowed all day yesterday. But today, the snow finally stopped so I took Saige and Katie to my backyard for a photoshoot! Enjoy!

My 2-Year Blogiversary!

OMG! I can't believe it's been(almost)2 years since I started this blog!
2 years ago, I got my first AG doll, Saige. I really liked it and I came across American Girl Fan. I thought, "How cool would it be if I could start a website like that?" And that's how I ended up here.
Okay, so I really was hoping that I could have a giveaway to celebrate my blog's 2-year anniversary. I contacted That's Lolli to see if she would maybe sponsor me but she hasn't replied yet. I also plan on contacting Pippaloo too to see if she's interested but if you own or know someone who has an Etsy shop or something like that and would be interested in sponsoring me, please comment down below.

Happy Dolloween!

Happy dolloween! This is a 3-in-1 post. I'll be showing you:

• My doll's costumes
• A review of the OG deluxe outfit Mint Condition
• A craft

Isn't it so adorable? I especially love the little tiara that Sam has on.
What are your dolls being for Halloween?

Yesterday I went to Target and bought the OG deluxe Mint Condition outfit!

• The dress does not have sleeves. I was a little disappointed with this.
• The pink bracelet was a little tight.
• The shoes were SUPER HARD to put on. I t took me 3 tries.

Overall, I rate this outfit 8.5 out of 10.

 

Now I'll show you how to make a Jack-o-Lantern in a jar!
You will need:

• Mason Jar
• Orange Tissue Paper
• Black Construction Paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Pencil or Pen
• Tea Light

 

First, glue the tissue paper onto the jar.

Then, draw a design or your piece of black construction paper.

Cut out your design and glue it on the jar.

Then, take off the lid and put your tea light in it.

Voila! You're done! Now you have a jack-o-lantern that will never rot.

What's Up?

Hey guys!
Sorry I haven't posted in FOREVER! I will eventually get to Maryellen's WITO, but not now.
I received the AG Holiday Catalogue in the mail two days ago and I started thinking about what I should get. I get 3 gifts for the holidays, 1 from Santa, and 2 New Years presents. I want to make a doll homeschool for Saige and Katie(inspired by http://funwithagfan.blogspot.com/2015/10/a-day-in-life-of-homeschooler.html). I have decided on getting the Doodle Backpack, but I need suggestions for the other 2 gifts. Also, I'm starting a little doll project. I want to make a desk for my dolls, but the Flip-Top Desk is out of the budget. So I'm going to attempt to make desks for my dolls...we'll see how that goes:p

What I Think of AG's New Releases!: Part 2

There is nothing to say about this outfit except for I DON'T LIKE IT. Period.





I love the vest and shoes, but the dress is totally bleh.




I really like the skirt and the shoes, but I just don't like the way the long-sleeve shirt looks with a skirt.




This outfit is awesome! I love the colors they used! This is probably the outfit I like the most out of all four of these.:)

What I Think of AG's New Releases!: Part 1

It's here! Today I'm going to do What I Think of AG's New Releases: Part 1!



Cute, but a little simple and definitely not worth the price.




I don't know what to think about this outfit. I think it would be better if they took away the weird scarf and the silver astronaut sneakers.:P





I don't like the sweater and skirt, but OMG! The shoes are to die for!!!





This is more realistic than the old basketball outfit and the shoes are pretty cute!
